Holistic Coach, Breathwork Facilitator, astrologer, biologist, Manifestor, dreamer, and founder of Nourished Roots Health.

As a scientist and wellness alchemist, my mission is to help you skip the trial and error and reclaim your radical wellbeing, so you can live the life you came here to lead!

My method offers a unique blend of diet & nutritional theory, embodiment & somatic practices, energetics, mindset work, spirituality, reflecting my own process of whole-person healing and transformation.


My

Story

I’d always been fascinated by health and wellness, but when I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition at the age of 16, my passion for nutrition and holistic health really lit up. Unfortunately, as I looked around for resources on how to nourish my body, I fell straight into the fad-diet trap!

“By 24, I was literally afraid to eat because of how awful I would feel afterwards.”

It wasn’t until I discovered Ayurveda (an ancient health system originating in India) that things began to change. Ayurveda was my first introduction into eating for true health.

“I finally realized that the secret to feeling better had been inside of me all along…I just had to remember!”

I founded Nourished Roots Health to remind you of the innate wisdom you hold within. To empower you to reclaim your health & wellbeing. And to share powerful modalities like breathwork, Ayurveda, astrology, and somatic practices with the world.

My Approach

In my world, we do “health” differently! I take a multi-modal approach to wellbeing, incorporating the latest scientific knowledge alongside energetics and spirituality to create whole-person transformation that lasts. There is no one-size-fits-all here: I’m all about owning your freak and honoring the unique needs and makeup of your body, mind, and spirit! As the only unconscious and conscious function in our body, understanding and working with the breath is foundational to our health and well-being. By learning to consciously connect to your breath, you’ll shift unconscious beliefs and patterns, revitalize your cells and organs, promote detoxification, experience healthy digestion, reduce stress, and support yourself in making positive, confident decisions.
