Experience the power of your breath with this introductory class!

Join us for this introductory class where you’ll learn how to utilize this modality for yourself to decrease stress, create safety within the body, release outdated thoughts and beliefs, and optimize your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.


Class will consist of 30-40 minutes of breathwork followed by an integration period. Suitable for all levels.
